Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. Because of this, there is a limited window for cancellations.
Cancellation Window

Standard Orders: You may request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.

Processed Orders: Once an order has moved to the "Processing" or "Shipped" status, we can no longer cancel it.
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please email kundenservicereturns@gmail.com immediately with the subject line: "URGENT: Cancel Order # [Your Order Number]".
After the Window
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our Refund Policy process once the item arrives. Please do not "Refuse to Accept" the delivery, as this may complicate the refund process.
