Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If things don't work out, here is how we handle refunds at Drevon.

• Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Non-Refundable: Items on clearance, gift cards, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be refunded.

• Process: Email kundenservicereturns@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, we will provide the return address.

• Refund Issuance: Once the return is inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
