This policy complements our Refund Policy, focusing on how to swap items or handle specific return scenarios at Drevon.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • We currently do not offer "even exchanges" through a single transaction to ensure inventory accuracy.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at kundenservicereturns@gmail.com if:

  1. The item is defective or damaged.

  2. You received the wrong item. Please include a photo of the damage/wrong item in your email for faster processing.

Return Shipping

  • Unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged/wrong item), customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Condition of Items

All returns and exchanges must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
